| DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY |
| Our reservation policy is intended to be fair with our guests and yet prevent loss of income to our business. Once we reserve a unit for a guest, we remove that unit from the market, refusing all other reservations for it. If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus a $10.00 processing fee for each unit reserved. There will be NO refund for cancellations with 29 or fewer days notice.
NO SMOKING POLICY We have a strict no-smoking policy in all our units. Failure to abide by this policy will result in a $500.00 fee, (billed to the card used to reserve the unit) to cover the costs of repainting, laundering all linens, towels, and curtains, and having all mattresses aired out and sanitized, as well as the loss of income due to the time it will take to remove the odor from the unit.
